The Mark & Emily Turner Memorial Library offers Notary Public Services.

Notary Public Services Hours

• Monday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm; 2:00 pm – 6:45 pm
• Tuesday: 10:30 am – 6:45 pm
• Wednesday: 9:00 am – 5:15 pm
• Thursday: 9:00 am – 6:45 pm
• Friday & Saturday: No services available
• Sunday: 10:00 am – 1:45 pm

An appointment is not necessary, but calling ahead is advisable.

Some of the things a Notary Public does:

• certify affidavits
• acknowledge instruments related to real estate transfers
• certify copies of private documents
• solemnize marriages
• serve as an official state witness in connection with the forced opening of  safety deposit boxes
• certify election petitions
• witness absentee voting process
