An event every 6 weeks that begins at 9:00 am on Saturday, repeating until June 5, 2021
This ancient practice is easy to learn and enjoyable at any age. QiGong may help you feel better, think more clearly and increase energy. Learn simple moves to improve your balance and provide muscle flexibility and strength. This is a drop in class and taught by Dottie Reeder and is $10 per session. This session will be held in the outdoor pavilion.
