Featured Artist Reception – Aline Fetter

The Presque Isle Community Library is hosting a “Meet-the-Artist” Reception on Wed. July 20, 3:00 – 5:00 pm, featuring Northwoods artist Aline Fetter, who is currently exhibiting 45 works of art in the library through July 31.  The exhibit is open to the public during normal library hours.

There will be a short presentation by the artist at 4:00 pm and light refreshments will be served. Fetter is a nature photographer living in Mercer, WI.  Her work can also be seen online at www.alinefetterphoto.com.

Inspired by her passion for nature, Fetter’s images capture its ever-changing kaleidoscope of colors, unique patterns, rich textures and an abundance of flora and fauna. “The North Woods has has such diversity, from subtle beauty and reflective moods to exuberant scenes and lively moments” she says. “I use my camera to celebrate nature as it is written in light.”
