The Lakeland Area Photographic Club (LAPC) was started in 2017 in Minocqua, WI.  They have approximately 30 members, and meet on the third Wednesday of each month at the Minocqua Public Library from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  The LAPC provides education, photo challenges, photography outings and the ability to show and sell photos at the local coffee house, Great Northern Coffee Traders, and at the Discovery Center. They have a Facebook Page entitled “Lakeland Area Photographic Club” and a group page “LAPC Group” where members post their photos. Members specialize in landscapes, wildlife, nature, night sky photography, to name a few.  They are a passionate group and appreciate everything the Northwoods has to offer.
